By creating an account or using any part of the Bellwether service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Bellwether is an AI-powered sales outreach platform that helps sales teams research prospects and generate personalized outreach emails. The service includes prospect research, email drafting, campaign management, and related features.
You may use Bellwether only for lawful outreach. You agree NOT to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach campaigns comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and similar regulations.
You own the prospect data you upload. By uploading data, you represent that you have the right to use it for outreach purposes. You grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of prospect data and for honoring opt-out requests from contacts. We are not liable for outreach sent using inaccurate or improperly obtained prospect data.
Bellwether uses AI to draft outreach emails and research summaries. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You must review all AI-generated content before sending. We are not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content in AI outputs.
Paid plans are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
Bellwether and its underlying technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or brand assets. The content you create (emails, research notes) remains yours.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELLWETHER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
